Your choices, made clear

A little clarity.
A little peace of mind.

Updated October 6, 2026. This page explains the information used by the Trove marketing website.

The early-access waitlist

When you join, we store your email address, your agreement to receive the early-access update, and the submission time in a private Google Form and its linked Google Sheet. We use the address to let you know when Trove early access opens. The response sheet is restricted to the site owner; other visitors cannot see it.

Joining does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send an automatic confirmation email. The website confirms when your signup has been saved.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand visits, page views, scroll activity, and successful new waitlist signups. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location, referral information, and cookie identifiers for this measurement. We do not send signup email addresses to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled.

Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. You can change it below or through “Analytics choices” in the footer. Choosing “No thanks” stops future analytics collection from this browser and removes the site's Analytics cookies; it does not remove data already collected. The waitlist works either way.

Keeping the site running

GoDaddy hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to serve and secure it. The signup service uses protected counters and salted identifiers to limit repeated submissions; it does not publish your email address.
